WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards. Additionally, we accept business and personal checks. Also, cash on pickup is accepted during office hours. Please call ahead.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE? CAN I GET NEXT DAY OR SECOND AIR SHIPMENT OF THE PRODUCT?

We use USPS, FedEx, DHL and UPS. It depends on the going rates. Different shipping providers offer different deals depending on the target shipping location.

CAN I GET A VOLUME DISCOUNT FOR LARGE ORDERS?

CAN I RETURN A SPECIAL ORDER ITEM?

IS IT POSSIBLE TO BE GIVEN AN EXPECTED SHIP DATE FOR MY ORDER?

Absolutely! Once an order is processed with our main warehouse, a UPS tracking number is immediately generated. This tracking number will not be “active” or “trackable” until the item is received at the UPS hub, later in the day.

MY ORDER STATUS READS SHIPPED HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED?

Locate the tracking number – clicking on this will take you to the UPS tracking portal, which will give you an estimated arrival date. Most “Ground” or “Truckline” shipments will arrive in 2-5 business days from the day of shipment.
