To start off with, one needs to stop constantly worrying about it and start smiling. It helps you relax and think of ways on how you can complete the task on hand successfully. If you do not enjoy what you doing, try doing it in a way that you would enjoy. Sleeping well, exercising and eating nutritious food also help in keeping you in good spirits. Apart from these there are certain factors that can help boost your enthusiasm towards work. Try and show interest in what you are doing and learn new skills that will help you with your work. This pro-active approach is sure to help you gain the support of your team and boss and thus boost your productivity. Ensure that you remain up-to-date about your business and look for the right and best ways to apply your efforts towards achieving your targets. Seek the feedback from your boss and try to work on the weak points. When unhappy, try to figure out what is making you unhappy and how you can set it right. If it is the travel distance, try looking for a home that’s closer to work, if it is the tasks in your profile, discuss it with your boss. Take the initiative to set things right, instead of deciding that the job is not for you and looking out for the next one. Stick to your commitments and never fail to deliver on time.

Have good relation with your team-mates and extend a supporting hand when required. Celebrate your achievements with them while making sure to pat them on their back when they deserve it. Spend time to have drink or two or catch a movie. Also set aside some time for yourself everyday or on weekends to do what you enjoy. This helps reduce stress and keeps you happy with your work.
